PlayAmo Terms and Conditions: What You Need To Know

The terms and conditions agreement is between you, the affiliate, and the PlayAmo Partners program, operated by Dama N.V. By joining this affiliate program, you agree to the key terms below, which may be updated from time to time. Your participation means you accept the terms and any changes to them in the future.

Definitions

Here’s a list of key terms you should know:

• Affiliate: The person or entity participating in the affiliate program.
• Affiliate Account: Your registered account.
• Affiliate Application: Your application to join the program.
• Affiliate Links: Hyperlinks directing traffic to company websites.
• Affiliate Program: The partnership between you and the company.
• Affiliate Wallet: Your online wallet for commission payments.
• Affiliate Website: Any site you operate to promote Company Websites.
• Company Websites: This includes the PlayAmo Partners website any other sites included in the program.
• Commission: Earnings based on referred traffic.
• Commission Structures: Reward models defining commission terms.
• Confidential Information: Sensitive business data of the company.
• Intellectual Property Rights: Trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary assets.
• Net Gaming Revenue (NGR): Revenue after deductions such as winnings, bonuses, and fees.
• New Customer: First-time depositors referred by you.
• Parties: The company and the affiliate.
• Personal Data: User information that PlayAmo collects.

PlayAmo Affiliate Obligations

These are the responsibilities that you agree to, as an affiliate of the PlayAmo Partners program.

Registration

To join, you must submit an application and provide verification documents. Approval is at the company’s sole discretion. Keep your account information accurate and updated.

Account Security

You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your login details and account activities. Report any unauthorized use immediately.

Participation

You must actively promote company websites, offers, bonuses, and loyalty programs, if any, using only approved materials and links. Transferring accounts, opening multiple accounts, or misleading marketing practices are prohibited.

Website Requirements

Your site must comply with all legal requirements and cannot mislead users into thinking it is operated by the company. Inappropriate content like illegal, defamatory, or discriminatory material is prohibited.

Traffic Quality

Fraudulent activity, self-referrals, bonus abuse, or incentivized traffic are strictly forbidden.

Affiliate Links & Marketing

Affiliate links must be displayed prominently and not manipulated. Email/SMS marketing requires prior approval and recipient consent. Brand bidding and unauthorized intellectual property use are prohibited.

Responsible Gaming

Affiliates must support responsible gaming and avoid targeting minors or restricted jurisdictions.

Affiliate Rights

Affiliates have a non-exclusive right to direct customers to company websites. Intellectual property rights granted to you under this agreement cannot be transferred. The personal data of referred players remains confidential.

Company Obligations

PlayAmo will provide necessary promotional materials, track referrals, and process commission payments. It reserves the right to refuse or close accounts at its discretion.

Company Rights & Remedies

Violations may result in account suspension, withheld commissions, or termination. Fraudulent activity or breach of terms may lead to permanent disqualification.

Commission & Payment

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid by the 20th of the following month, subject to a minimum threshold of €100. PlayAmo may adjust commission structures at its discretion. The one-off payment for every new customer will be based on the CPA payment model. High-rollers generating significant losses may have their earnings adjusted accordingly.

Confidentiality

All confidential information provided by the company must not be disclosed or misused. Public statements about the partnership require prior approval.

Term & Termination

Either you or PlayAmo may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ notice. Upon termination, you must remove all promotional materials and forfeit future commissions.

Other Important Terms You Need to Know

By joining the PlayAmo Affiliate Program, you accept responsibility for any claims, agree that terms may change, and acknowledge that unforeseen events may limit liability.

• Indemnity: You are responsible for any claims, damages, or legal costs resulting from your activities.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any term does not waive PlayAmo’s rights.
• Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control like natural disasters and regulatory changes.
• Modifications: The company may update these terms at any time. Continued participation signifies acceptance.

This agreement governs your participation in the PlayAmo Affiliate Program. We recommend that you review this agreement regularly to ensure compliance. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in penalties, including termination of your account.
